Panels’ split and schedule is subject to change, depending on the number of actual participants. TBA in more detail once the registration is closed and final list of reports is approved by the reviewers.
Publication options: Registration of all participants is based on the abstract materials they provide for consideration. The Committee will publish the book of abstract, price of publication is included into participation fee. Book of abstracts will have an ISBN. 10 best reports of the event would be recommended for further publishing in the partner journals of the conference (all journals are indexed either in Scopus and/or in Web of Science/Clarivate databases).Selection results will be announced during the event, only physically present and reporting participants will be considered for further publishing. The selected participants will be approached by the editorial offices’ representatives to discuss all further details, including full-text submissions, review standards, additional fees (depending on a particular journal), timing of publication etc.

Conference Committee does not insist all participants stay at the venue hotel, however, this is highly recommended for the purposes of closer cooperation and networking between the panels. All participants get a special accommodation price which is lower than the standard price in this hotel. All participants are responsible for timely individual payments of the accommodation fees.
