Panels’ split and schedule is subject to change, depending on the number of actual participants. TBA in more detail once the registration is closed and final list of reports is approved by the reviewers.

 

Publication options:

Registration of all participants is based on the abstract materials they provide for consideration. The Committee will publish the book of abstract, price of publication is included into participation fee. Book of abstracts will have an ISBN.

Three best papers of the event would be recommended for further publishing in the partner journals of the conference (all journals are indexed either in Scopus and/or in Web of Science/Clarivate databases).Selection results will be announced during the event, only physically present and reporting participants will be considered for further publishing. The selected participants will be approached by the editorial offices’ representatives to discuss all further details, including full-text submissions, review standards, additional fees (depending on a particular journal), timing of publication etc.

 

Participation fee:

50 EUR – for PhD students fee (covers: conference certificate, book of conference abstracts, all coffee breaks between the panels, one gala dinner)

100 EUR – standard participation fee

Participation fee is to be paid by each physically present author/coauthor. Number of coauthors per one report – 3 max.
